Netflix has set a July 28th premiere date for the Melissa Barrera-led survival thriller six-episode limited series “Keep Breathing”. Maggie Kiley and Rebecca Rodriguez directed the episodes.
The “Scream” and “In the Heights” actress plays Live, a New York lawyer whose private plane crashes in the remote Canadian frontier with her the lone survivor. She must battle both an unforgiving wilderness and past personal traumas to stay alive. [Source: Netflix]

Jacob Vargas (“Sons of Anarchy,” “Luke Cage,” “Kimi”) is set for a heavily recurring role in the “National Treasure” TV series for ABC Signature and the Disney+ service. Mira Nair directs.

Dior Goodjohn, Olivea Morton, and Charlie Bushnell have joined the Disney+ series based on Rick Riordan’s “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” novels. Walker Scobell, Aryan Simhadri and Leah Sava Jeffries lead the cast of the show.
Goodjohnwill play Ares’ child and Percy’s bully Clarisse La Rue, Morton plays teacher’s pet Nancy Bobofit, and Bushnell plays Hermes cabin counsellor and skilled swordsman Luke Castellan. Filming is now underway in Vancouver. [Source: Variety]
